After having various plumbers attend to our boiler over the past few years Simon was an absolute professional on all aspects. With his positive attitude, friendly manner and ability to keep you informed every step of the way I can not rate him enough. Due to the complicated nature of the boiler issues and underfloor heating system, Simon attended 4 times and managed to resolve all problems.

I was always kept updated on times of arrival and Simon arrived promptly and didn't stop work until leaving site. I also requested a full report of works completed on his last visit, Simon obliged with a very full and detailed report the very next day. Would recommend.

Simon came to check the gas supply to the cooker in my new house. he found it was not connected somewhere in the walls and recommended a new supply. He came back couple of days later and installed the new pipe - cutting through the concrete floor and through a wall, not that you'd know as he repaired everything very neatly. He even managed to thread the pipe through my existing kitchen units with out moving them. I'm very happy with his work and he's a very polite and clean workman who I'd recommend anyone to use.

Simon was very courteous, easy to communicate with, detailed in his approach, knowledgeable and tidy. A great job, will definitely use again.

Simon Richards is trustworthy, pleasant and honest; he does his best to repair/service for the lowest possible cost, giving you the options he feels will best meet your needs. It is great to have someone who is so competent yet not out to empty your wallet! I highly recommend him.
